2025 Global Korea Scholarship Application Guidelines for Undergraduate Degrees

2025 정부초청 외국인 학부장학생 모집 요강 

영남대학교는 외국인 학생에게 대한민국 고등교육기관에서 수학할 기회를 주는 ‘GKS 대한민국 정부 초청 외국인 학부 장학생’ 수학 기관으로 선정되었습니다. 이에 다음과 같이 ''대학 전형''으로 학부 장학생 대학 추천자를 선발하고자 하오니 아래를 참고하시어 지원하시기 바랍니다.

Yeungnam University has been selected as an implementation university of ‘Global Korea Scholarship Program for international students for undergraduate degree’ which provides international students with opportunities to conduct advanced studies at higher educational institutions in Korea. We announce the selection of undergraduate scholarship candidates on the "University Track" process as detailed below. Applicants are encouraged to review the following information and submit their application accordingly. 

Yeungnam University receives application for the followings:

1. 지원 기간:  2024년 9월 25일 ~ 2024년 10월 25일

    Applying Period: September 25, 2024 ~ October 25, 2024

   (Application documents must be arrived by the end of submission period by post.) 

2.  제출서류 List of documents to submit

1.  (※ Recommend NOT to use STAPLER for all documents Except for Apostille documents) 

3. 지원방법: 우편으로 지원서 제출 (경상북도 경산시 대학로 280 영남대학교 유학생팀, 38541)

    Documents Submission : By Post mail to address below.

4. 지원 가능 프로그램:  학부과정 (4년)

     Available Degree Program : Undergraduate degree 

※ 수학연한이 4년을 초과하는 학과(의학, 치의학, 건축학과, 약학과 등) 및 일부 전공 제외

Attention! Any degree program which takes more than 4 years to complete is NOT AVAILABLE under this scholarship program. All applicants cannot choose such degree programs. (Examples: medicine, dentistry, architecture, and pharmacy)

5. 장학 사항: 항공권, 학업장려금, 어학연수비, 등록금

    Scholarship Benefits: Airfare, Study Incentive, Korean Language Training Fee, Tuition, etc.

※ 학업장려금: 생활비, 건강보험료, 한국어우수장학금, 토픽응시료, 정착지원금, 귀국지원금 통합

Study Incentive: All-inclusive subsidy of Settlement Allowance, Monthly Allowance, Research Allowance, Korean Proficiency Grants, TOPIK Application Fee, Degree Completion Grants, Medical Insurance, and Publication Printing Fee
